Selection Process

There are important and necessary steps taken in the selection process:

  1. Screening Process—Once a resume has been received and reviewed by Hire Needs, a Recruiter will contact a candidate by phone for an initial pre-screen to determine if they meet the necessary requirements. Once the Pre-screen is performed the recruiter will invite the candidate to the office to meet and go through a thorough interview and skills assessment.
  2. Face to Face Interview—A meeting between the Recruiter, Account Manager and the Candidate. The purpose of this meeting is to explore the candidate’s work history, salary requirements, and communication skills.
  3. Reference, Drug and Background Checks— Once the candidate has completed the interviewing process the Hire Needs Recruiter will proceed with Reference checks along with any other type of background checks the Client is requesting.
  4. Candidate Submittal—The final step in the selection process- where the candidate is presented to the hiring manager to set up a client interview.
